License Agreement

  1. Grant of License

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, NextSaasPilot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the NextSaasPilot software ("Software") for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

  2. Permitted Uses

    You are permitted to:

    • Use the Software to create unlimited projects for yourself or clients
    • Modify, customize, and extend the Software to meet your needs
    • Use the Software for commercial purposes and sell products built with it
    • Integrate third-party services and libraries with the Software
    • Deploy applications built with the Software on any hosting platform
  3. Restrictions

    You are not permitted to:

    • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the original Software source code
    • Create competing products that are substantially similar to NextSaasPilot
    • Remove or modify any copyright notices or license terms
    • Share your license access with other individuals or entities
    • Use the Software to create templates or boilerplates for redistribution
  4. Intellectual Property

    NextSaasPilot retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of NextSaasPilot.

  5. Third-Party Components

    The Software may include third-party components (such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and other open-source libraries) that are subject to their own license terms. Your use of these components is governed by their respective licenses.

  6. Updates and Maintenance

    While NextSaasPilot may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements to the Software, there is no obligation to do so. Any updates provided will be subject to the terms of this License Agreement.

  7. Support

    This license does not include technical support. Support may be available separately through official channels, but is not guaranteed as part of this license agreement.

  8. Termination

    This license is effective until terminated. NextSaasPilot may terminate this license at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

  9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall NextSaasPilot be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if NextSaasPilot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  11. Governing Law

    This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  12. Entire Agreement

    This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NextSaasPilot regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
