Terms of Service

By using NextSaasPilot, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the NextSaasPilot application.

The NextSaasPilot Software License allows you to acquire the software through a single purchase, granting you unrestricted and perpetual access to all features. Designed for solo developers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, NextSaasPilot empowers you to build and launch SaaS applications using modern technologies such as Next.js 15, TypeScript, authentication systems, payment processing, and database integration.

This license is straightforward and flexible, with no recurring fees or subscriptions. However, the licensor retains the right to terminate the license at any time, without conditions or prerequisites. This provision allows the licensor to control software distribution and usage. By choosing the NextSaasPilot Software License, you enjoy the benefits of the software while acknowledging the licensor's unrestricted termination rights.

Due to the nature of digital products, the NextSaasPilot boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

NextSaasPilot is provided "as is" and it is not warranted that it will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

NextSaasPilot does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. NextSaasPilot shall not be liable to you for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by NextSaasPilot's negligence or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services.

NextSaasPilot shall not be liable or deemed in breach of contract for any delay or failure to perform obligations if due to causes beyond its reasonable control. If NextSaasPilot is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, its liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the services or software. You release NextSaasPilot from any obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

NextSaasPilot is not responsible for what users do with user-generated content or applications built using the NextSaasPilot boilerplate.

As we continue to improve NextSaasPilot and expand our offerings, the price may increase. Discounts are provided to help customers secure the current price and avoid future increases.

NextSaasPilot integrates with various third-party services (including but not limited to Stripe, Prisma, Resend, and other dependencies). Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers when using NextSaasPilot.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and NextSaasPilot as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of NextSaasPilot. NextSaasPilot will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
